We consider the costs and charges paid, to ensure that they represent fair value and are reasonable relative to the benefits and service the customer receives. Our assessment also considers the characteristics of our target market including those customers with vulnerability.

We are satisfied that our product and its distribution approach align with the needs of our target market and remains suitable for these needs.
